Because 11SMn30 steel grade is free cutting steel material which is easily machined when processing, so it is important to control the production when do cold drawing. It is better to use the most nearable sizes to produce what you demand.  We have reliable big mill to supply the most nearable diameter of hot rolled steel material, so we can easily produce 11SMn30 cold drawn hexagonal steel bar. The size can up to 40mm side to side. Sometimes. 11SMn30 steel grade also requires annealing when processing. We have our own annealing furnace to control the product quality and the final cost.
