F1554 Grade 55 105 steel round bar

       Grade 36, Grade 55 and Grade 105 are three kinds of steel grades under the standard F1554 which is a standard for Threaded Rods of these three grades. Our factory produce grade 36, grade 55 and grade 105 steel round bars for threaded rods and also produce finished steel threaded rods. 

    We are a direct F1554 Grade 55 steel round and and threaded rods, anchor bolts manufacturer in China. The Grade 55 we produce are heat treated to meet the mechanical properties. Besides, we choose the proper steel grade to meet astm f1554 grade 55 chemical composition according to standard ASTM F1554.  Beside of Grade 55 Threaded Rod, we can also produce other steel grades such as Grade 36 Threaded Rod and steel bar, Astm F1554 Grade 105 steel bar and threaded rods.

        In the steel market, grade 36, grade 55 and grade 105 are usually not common, they are produced by heat treatment based on the carbon or alloy steel material to get the proper mechanical properties according to F1554 standard. Also some manufacutrer may use the cold drawing processing to get the mechanical properties, but the mechanical properties are usually not so uniform according to different raw materials from different mills.

        Our factory has rich experience to produce f1554 grade 36, grade 55 and grade 105 because we have full sets of heat treatment facilities and the mechanical proties testing facilities such as tensile strength testing, hardness testing and Impact testing which is strictly required by F1554 standard. Without the full production and testing facilities, it is hard to guarantee the mechanical properties within the standard. 

        Except the heat treated steel round bar for anchor bolts production, we also have surface treatment facilities such as cold drawing, centerless peeling, centerless grinding and polishing machines to produce bright steel round bars with precsion diameter tolerance to help the end user to produce f1554 grade 36, grade 55 or grade 105 threaded rods.
