4140 scm440 42CrMo4 cold drawn hexagonal steel bar or Hex Steel Bar are produced by cold drawing from Hot Rolled Steel Round Bar through hexagonal mould. In general, before cold drawing, 4140 scm440 and scm 440 steel round bar will be annealed so that the steel bar is soft enough to protect both the mould and steel surface. Except cold drawn hexagonal steel bar, we can also supply 4140 scm440 42CrMo4 cold drawn and Q&T hexagonal steel bar to reach high strength for high strength usage.
