Construction machinery industry steel bar

Construction machinery industry steel bar is used to manufacture half shafts, connecting rods, transmission shafts, gearbox gears etc. 

Mainly used brands are 20#,aisi 1020, c22, s20c, sae 1020, 35#, aisi 1035, sae 1035, s35c, c35, 45#, aisi 1045, sae 1045, c45, ck45, as1045, s45c, 20CrMnTi, 20MnCr5, 35CrMo, aisi 1035, sae 1035, scm435, 34CrMo4, 42CrMo, 42CrMo4, 1.7225, aisi 4140, sae 4140, astm 4140, scm440,as4140, GCr15, 100Cr6, aisi 52100, sae 52100, suj2 etc. 

Half shafts and connecting rods are generally made of 20#, aisi 1020, sae 1020, s20c, c22 and 45#, aisi 1045, sae 1045, s45c, c45 steel

Gear steels are mostly 20CrMnTi, 20MnCr5 and 42CrMo, aisi 4140, sae 4140, 42CrMo4, scm440.

In terms of specifications, all specifications span Ø10-350mm, and the steel for half shafts and connecting rods is generally below Ø70mm; the main specifications of 20CrMnTiH and 42CrMo are below 200mm.
