Spring Steel Bar

The major spring steel bars steel grades are as following:

GB standard: 60Si2MnA, 55CrMnA, 60CrMnA, 50CrVA, 60CrMnA

ASTM standard: SAE5155, SAE 5160, SAE6150, 51B60H

EN standard: 55Cr3, 50CrV4, 52CrMoV4

JIS standard: SUP9, SUP9A, SUP10, SUP11A

Others: 38Si7, SUP9N, 51CrV4, 60Si2CrVAT, 51CrMoV4

We can do cold drawing, turning, grinding and polished on the steel bars to supply Cold Drawn Steel Bar and bright steel bars. We can also do annealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering to get higher strength. Dias are mainly from 10mm to 100mm for hot rolled steel bars. (5-50)mm*(44-150)mm for Flat Steel Bar, 4.5mm to 52mm for steel coils.
