1045 C45 S45C turned, ground and polished steel bar
Turned, ground and polished steel round bar is steel round bar after turning, centerless grinding and polishing etc. processing. turned or peeled steel round bar is value added steel bar because it can save your processing cost, increase your production pass percentage and this kind of steel bar can directly used in CNC machines because of its good straightness and precision size. Turne, ground and polished steel bar can also be surface coated such as hard chromed easily because surface roughtness is quite good.
1045 C45 S45C steel material is one of the materials which is usually delivered in turned, ground and polished condition because 1045 steel material is usually used to produce all kinds of shaft such as piston rod, mold ejection rod, pins etc.
