Cold Drawn Steel Bar Process

Cold Drawn Steel bar has different production and processing flow based on different steel material. There are mainly two kinds processing:

Carbon and low Alloy Steel Round Bar: Hot Rolled Steel Round Bar or steel wire rod - peeling or shot blasting - cold drawing - straightening - inspection - end cutting - chamfering - packing

High alloy steel round bar: Hot rolled steel round bar or steel wire rod - annealing - cold drawing - straightening - inspection - end cutting - chamfering - packing
